1. How do I return a product

Benkeyapparel
Due to corona we do not accept opened packages returned.
If you have received a wrong size or not happy with you package.

You can file a claim through our claims form.

2. Can you deliver to a collection point?

In most cases you can choose to have your order delivered to a PostNL collection point.

During the ordering process you can choose a collection point. This is possible at “step 2 address” during the ordering process under the heading “delivery address”. You will then see all the collection points in your area and their opening hours.

As soon as your order has arrived at the location of your choice, you will receive an email from PostNL. Then you have 7 days to collect your order. If you are unable to collect your order during this period, it will be automatically returned to

3. How can I track my order

When your order is shipped, you will also receive a shipping confirmation from us by e-mail with a Track & Trace code to track the shipment.
